Hello, Adaptive backlight is not working, it never brightens the screen in daylight. And I have had chrome crash when there were a few apps in the background. Thankyou for the security patches up to June 2020

Never, the previous version was better. This drains my battery too fast and sometimes you put phone on charger and it doesn't charge although charger is ok and charging other phones. I have experienced this four times since I updated.

Not sure what you are looking for or meant with "pure" version.  stock/OEM Apps as installed and available are 95% close to being "pure" Android One with minimal to no bloatware ... minor issues here & there with the latest update.  Gapps are integrated or built-in.   

I am not aware of anyone running a rooted, custom rom that's 95% + compatible with the A5 Pro and/or success in debloating or stripping the some of the stock apps.  Good luck with that.

Just a quick comment on this newest global firmware OTA update/build ... it seemed that the Camera App has finally been fixed, making the main/primary camera lens usable (not the wide-angle or front camera).

Battery life seemed okay or acceptable, I am showing about 6 hours+ SOT using AccuBattery's benchmark numbers - not great but not horrible (Pixel XL with a fresh OEM battery get 7 to 8 hours SOT.

or - flash it to Potato 10. .

or - use ArrowOS or LineageOS. . both work. I prefer ArrowOS. . i have tried Android 11 but it didn't even get past the boot splash.
