Has it expired again?  Number of failed attempts but come to the conclusion the fault lies with the kph_env.ini file, again.  Any chance of an update?  Cheers!

There are (currently) 9 versions of this tool for 6 different phone models provided here. Any chance you tell us which one is used by you? Only if you want your case to get investigated.

Even without restoring the original IMEIs, the A9 Pro can connect to mobile networks, using the default IMEI numbers after a full flash format. So your issue is not related to the formatting, therefore this tool or the standard SN Write tool will not fix your problem. There can be a unique hardware defection (less probably) or an issue of your mobile carrier or your subscription.

No, it's not about the nvram, your conclusion is wrong. The nvram/nvdata partitions get reconstructed after formatting while in the first boot-up process. Btw, before I replied you last time, I flashed a 64GB A9 Pro with formatting (just to be confirmed again) and it could immediately connect to the mobile network on 4G and with VoLTE after the first boot up. Your issue is not related to the formatting but to something else, if not a hardware defection, then you messed up something at the flashing process or who knows. If you accidentally flashed your phone with formatting, then anything else could happen before or after.
