after so many tests came up with a possible solution of the constant restart

1.- flash rom through recovery, local updates and flashtool

2.- battery calibration

1.- enter the safe mode of the phone and surprise ... the phone works.

2.- disable google apps

is there any chance to provide me with a global rom without pre-installed google apps and services?

I am from Latin America, country: Mexico and I have the umidigi A7 PRO 64GB

comments: apparently the rom is poorly optimized on this phone, It would be good to check the compatibility with Google applications and avoid this type of problem..

It's only your issue, so still most probably a hardware defection, possibly the flash chip. If the system software contained such a serious bug, then each handset would be affected, not only your phone. Just think about that, if you disable the google apps, your phone won't even try to access them, therefore that part of the flash memory (that might be corrupted in your phone) containing those apps will not be read or written and can't crash your phone. Quite a rare issue in any phones but still can happen. What you can try to do is to flashing your phone in firmware upgrade mode, then set it up as a new device, do not restore a google backup or copy another phone.

and because neither here nor in the aliexpress store gave me a solution...
risk the 3 options that flashtool sets, flash rom in all format + download mode, the phone is worse now than before
constant restarts, without imei and what was missing " unwritten tee key, unwritten google key"
now the phone is my daughter's toy, I don't want to hear from umidigi again
if they had just made a formal change to the device, none of this would have happened

Due to the reply of who? Sorry but what does it mean? You can read the info in every ROM thread and also in the flash tool tutorial that warns you to never format the flash chip of your phone. The flash tool tutorial also tells you that, you should choose the 'Firmware Upgrade' mode if your phone has software issues.

or only the umidigi company can correct the error?

Unfortunately a defective flash chip is not repairable since a new motherboard + the working hours on repairing would cost more than a new phone. In that case, your phone must be replaced by a new one. Currently the tech support team has lack of enough human resources but your ticket will be replied.

it is unfortunate to read your answer...
I'm not sure if the ticket will be answered, I just want to get my money back and buy another one..
it was seriously a bad experience,and it was me who touched my bad luck...
With all my effort and amid reboots I managed to save an error report,
I hope you can read the error and explain what is really happening to the phone, I await your detailed answer

hello,i had tried to install havoc os on umidigi a7 pro ,unlocked the bootloader via fastboot then succefully flashed twrp unfotunatley i forgot to relock the bootloader and my device went into orange state and kept looping, i panicked and flashed the stock rom i had gotten from here https://www.getdroidtips.com/stock-rom-umidigi-a7-pro-firmware/ using sp flash tool ...unfotunately i flashed the rom using the format all + download option, i wish i had seen this website first...the rom flashed succefully but i lost both my imeis ,tee key and google key..i followed another thread on this forum and succefully got rid of the watermarks at the bottom of the screen together with both my Imeis ,however theres is only one problem ,i cant seem to be able to make or recieve any calls ,I have counterchcked that i correctly written the imei and tried over a dozon other fixes suggsted on different websites but still nothing...its really frustrating considering i just bought this phone a week ago ...i undersand i voided my warranty but i could really use your help...thank you in adance
