My F2 closes the camera app after attempting to record a video without saving the video. This happens every time. I have tried resetting the camera settings and clearing the cache in the camera app with no change. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for the update as it is always welcome to improve the F2's function. There are two things I am not sure about. The Hey Google addition on the lock screen works the same as before the update. You had to have your screen on to be able to access the assistant and that is still the case so I see no difference there. I have another brand of phone where the assistant can be activated with the screen off. You just have to toggle the setting on for it to work. Is it supposed to work with the screen off? Please advise on this. The other issue is having a native screen lock app so as not to wear out the power button for the phone. There are apps available for this but one supplied by Umidigi would be preferable without having to put up with ads. Other than those two issues I am happy with the usefullnes of the F2.

Go to 'Settings --> Smart Assistant --> Voice Wake', and enable it. Then you can wake up the screen with 'OK Google' but not with 'Hey Google'.
The stock launcher has a basic functionality and it will remain as is but there are plenty of third party launchers (Nova Launcher for example) with many additional features like gesture control for screen lock or anything else.

Thank you. Both settings working nicely. I already use Nova Launcher so it was easy to enable the screen lock.

All seem to be good except that Mic and speaker are very low when call with speaker this is annoying.. anyway to fix that ?

Im still having an issue with the top phone speaker not working unless the phone is rebooted.

Everytime I try do call in Messenger or any other VOIP app the top speaker is off .
The loudspeaker works.
Reboot the phone and it works fine.
Anyone has this issue and knows of a fix?

i have to use headphone every-time to talk to anybody.

I háve the same problem but not always,just sometimes work and somethimes no. When not work i just plugin and plugout headphone jack and will work...

Confirm. The mic is down. Sometimes it starts to work after some magic with plug/unplug 3,5 headset, but only as recorder for dictophone, voice messages in Whatsapp/Telegram etc. After reboot mic stops to work. Previously I had the same issue, but phone reboot helped. Now mic is stuck in off mode.
