User "buffe" on page 5 says: 'My F2 works if I disable Google assistant, disable "hey google" and disable bluetooth recording. No problems since that. '

The microphone worked for a week and not anymore. Mystery ...

Works with in-ear headphones.

I think I'll replace the smartphone, Umidigi I don't know if it will ever solve the problem.

The microphone stopped working for me more than 2 months ago and there has been no way to make it work, this last update made it stop working, and not even my PC recognizes the phone, I can not flash it, I am tired of waiting an update from umidigi that never arrives, you would have to return the phone to umidigi because it is still under warranty.

Please, any help would be appreciated.
I AM LOCKED OUT OF MY PHONE BECAUSE I FORGOT MY PRIVACY PROTECTION PASSWORD.  This is NOT the same as the normal password used to lock into the phone, it is the anti-theft password.

I tried wipe data/factory reset and although it reset to factory default, it still asks me for PRIVACY PROTECTION PASSWORD and i cannot get into my phone.
I tried the SP Flash Tool + OTA release of the V1.0_20200506.V3.17 system software for UMIDIGI F2, both Download Only and Firmware Upgrade and still i am being asked for the PRIVACY PROTECTION PASSWORD.

Please help anybody!

I will never buy an Umigi phone again, the fingerprint has stopped working, microphone too and they just keep launching new phones instead of supporting their customers. Everyone complaining about these problems and Umidigi just ignoring it.

Also my phone is working bad. Fingerprint stopped working, tried again without rebooting and it works again. But most of the times doesnt work.
Phone reboots when it wants, sometimes when I'm not touching it.

I can't make a call, the audio doesn't come out.

I can't send audio on Whatsapp.

Time works and time stops for no reason.

It is necessary to give a definitive solution for this, because the main function of a cell phone is communication, without being able to send audio and make a connection, the Umidigi F2 it does not make sense to exist.

Please give us an urgent solution Bencebacsi, Umidigi or any member.

There are so many problems with this phone its incredible that umidigi doesnt want to fix it ...
The tone quality of the mic is bad .
The camera is so bad it doesn't want to save the videos and you cant fix it.
You cant root the phone using  SPFT tool you have to do it via adb also they have some lock on it it that will put you into orange state.

If by some coincidence you press format all like you do with all the other phones to give your self best clean install you will loose the finger print and to fix it you will have to contact umidigi and pay them 15USD to send you a file that will enable your fingerprint again ...

The phone comes with so many faults its incredible ...

Over the period of last 6 months I basically realised this phone is rubbish so give it a try using all available methods of tuning and tweeking if anything can be done with it and its nothing you can do about it ...

I am biting the bullet and have ordered my self a  x50 pro - umidigi will never again see me as customer

I have not used the umidigi f2 for 3 months because the microphone stopped working, and because everything fails. If they do not get an update, we would all have to return it, it is under guarantee, the guarantee covers system errors, we all have to unite, those affected and return all the defective umidigi that they sold us.

People take it easy.
Don't you understand that Umidiga's company doesn't care about customers. They got their money. And our users then suffer with their underproduction. I have a set of problems too. Weak network signal, Wi-Fi itself turns on after a forced shutdown. The microphone, like that of all, does not work. The fingerprint scanner is missing. The body cracked near the fingerprint ....


Personally, I don't look at their phones anymore. Although they are very attractive in terms of filling and price, their quality and lack of technical support discourage the desire.

And you bencebacsi of course mean me once again banned for the truth.
Prove to everyone how you hate criticism!
