Hello GUYS any one same experience with error installing of new firmware v2.1_20200801 after REBOOT?

I already tried Factory Reset and install new firmware still got ERROR.

I have A7 Pro WW 128GB. After OWA update UMIDIGI_A7_PRO_V1.3_20200801 Microsoft Outlook application stopped working correctly. It fails to install Device Admin app (which is required by my Exchange server admin) and asks for installing the admin app every few minutes or after phone reboot. I tried to reinstall the app, recreated accounts, remove other MSFT applications etc. Nothing helps. Logcat shows that OS is killing Outlook process, which shouldn't happen:

Also when the app is launching logcat shows following error messages:

My screen goes black everytime i listen til a voiceclip, having a phone call or even recieving a phone call. is there any solution to this problem

Received my Umidigi A7 Pro last week, and I noticed that when using the 3.5 mm jack, the right side is much louder than the left side. I can use the Accessibility setting to re-balance them but it doesn't balance out itself in other apps like Mobile Legends or even when taking calls, I can hear from the right earpiece but the left one is very quiet. I tried using the earphone on my older phone and it works okay.

Anyone knows a fix?

Hello friends, I bought the UMIDIGI A7 PRO phone and it came out with the IMEI of another UMIDIGI model, the IMEI that it brings belongs to the ONE PRO Model and that model is not Approved in my Country and they blocked it ... what can I do about it? your advice would help a lot

I put myself in the task of verifying the IMEIs that the A7 PRO brings on the imei.info page and indeed they belong to the ONE PRO launched by UMIDIGI in 2018.
