Update 27/7 2020:
Install Hedge Cam 2 from the Play store, then autofocus also works in video mode together with EIS (just enable video stabilizing in the settings). Thanks to schafxp2015 for the tip!

Serious found bugs 1/7 2020:
Video recording has no autofocus with stock camera app
Popup camera can occasionally hang
No Face Unlock setting in the software

Improvement suggestions

Game mode (strongly recommended)
- Prevent notifications while playing games
- Automatically adjust system settings to improve gaming performance

Appears there is a touch screen delay while playing games
- While playing fighting games, there appears to be a touch screen delay trying to execute combos and special attacks.

Phone need fully stock Android like it SAYS it's supposed to have. It is NOT stock. By my selfie Camera my frame looks to be cracked between the screen and popup. Does anyone else see this issue? My phone has never been dropped once and is in perfect condition but there appears to be a crack? Also having a hard time with my fingerprints working for more than 2 days. I usually have issues after a few weeks as I work with my hands but this phone it's been steady 2-3 days tops.  I was so hoping this phone would be as good or better than my Z2 pro. Sadly I am disappointed. While the design is good there are some flaws and the software is NOWHERE as refined. I may even switch back to my perfectly working Z2 pro.

What kind of quick charege/fast charge is supported does anybody know?
I know that QC4.0 or the precesors won´t work but will pumpexpress 3.0 work or USB PD 3.0 or 2.0?

They really need to start doing the Android Security Updates, to not do so is ridiculous.. There's no excuse for it and it goes against the Google terms to use Android. If this is truly stock Android, putting out the security updates is minimal effort.

The lift to wake toggle is missing even though it comes up in the search. Wifi Calling toggle is missing completely unless you use a shortcut manager to find it. It is there just not able to get to it through the settings where it should be.

The camera software is just horrendous.


This is a great device overall, with few fixes it's amazing in particular for the cost.

Additionally, why is there no dual clock on the lockscreen option? The dual clock on the home screen is also not the stock one for Android 10, it's a much much older version. So they purposely downgraded this for some unknown reason.

Dual clocks go side by side, not one above the other with the second being shifted to the left and much smaller.

Is anyone having trouble with notifications actually coming through? Gmail works fine but any other email app installed doesn't seem to notify for a new message until the app is actually opened.

I've shut off battery optimization for the app, shut off their goofy battery control which isn't stock btw, allowed notifications. I don't know what else to do. There clearly is an issue with the software optimization way too much needlessly.

hi, i also tried any setting, gmail notifications work while outlook and yahoo only when the application is open

the really painful thing are the Phone and Contacts applications, they must absolutely update them
