Agreed. It's been a long wait to fix the problems caused by poor or no testing on Umidigi's part. Agree that the camera has a tint problem too. I find the outdoor pictures are sharp but grass has a little blue tint to the green. I thought it was the phone screen until I uploaded them to Google Photos and saw them on my TV screen/

In fact, my camera has a bad Gamma at the red and excess of blue, white balance is horrible under different light sources, while latitude is bad and HDR action is minimal. I mailed Umidigi support consulting about but their answer was really disgusting : "Camera is as is, nothing to do by software".

I am also now starting to experience the phantom screen touches that another user mentioned somewhere in these forums. Randomly, there will be phantom touches resulting in the phone opening and doing random things. The only way to *temporarily* stop it is to turn off the screen with power button and then turn it back on...until it decides to randomly happen again. I have experienced this four times now.

Works better than 1.1 or 1.2 but still unstable, crashes 4+ times a day. When is new version being released?
also tts changes the selected voice with each crash

Version 1.2 remains the best for this day. Version 1.3 has been revoked. It is better not to install it!

Today 5th May it crashed 10 times usually when it goes to sleep. When will there be a new version for this mobile?

Its still under warrenty the supplier is not honering the warranty quoting 9 weeks. for repair have you told them the new firmware will be available in 9 weeks?

i receive a new one and did not update, everything is fine except camera, at night it take phots to much green or yellow but i resolve it with changing color , by taking photos in day light or crespuscle color or even with camera option of sunset.
i am working wtih first software version. My wifes phone has the new update, never had problems, but since the new update...sound is horrible.

Buongiorno, premetto che ho acquistato Umi Power 3 arrivato il giorno 8 aprile ha funzionato tutto bene fino al 17 quando, dopo aggiornamento automatico sembrava tutto ok ho spento ma il giorno dopo appena acceso mi ha dato messaggio " applicazione Facebook si è bloccata...." ma io non avevo ancora aperto Facebook, comunque mando messaggio errore / feedback e chiudo la finestra.
dopo un minuto appare ancora la stessa finestra " applicazione Facebook si è bloccata...." allora decido di disinstallare Facebook ma appena clik su Disinstalla il telefono diventa schermo nero (spento?) non si riavvia e non si è più acceso!! E' morto , ho provato a mettere in carica ma niente, neanche la batteria è apparsa.
Ho provato a far ripristinare come da istruzioni , tramite tecnico che ripara telefoni, ma non è riuscito ( dice che non ha i driver giusti e il pc non vede il telefono).
non so come reperire i driver giusti, potete aiutarmi grazie ?

I got this phone 2 weeks ago from umidigi-us-official on USA Ebay.
THIS PHONE IS AMAZING FOR THE PRICE.
You all gotta remember that Umidigi is a company based in Shenzhen.  The HARDWARE capital of the entire world.  Give them some time to come up with bug fixes and improved software. We have a basically 99.9% pure android experience with excellent hardware on our device.  The fact is simple:  for what we all paid...this phone is amazing.  I expect that since they rejected V1.3...they are going back to make it better.  Just have patience.  The phone is a daily driver and fully usuable...the sound issue has known fixes. I have not had any other issues at all with the Power 3 except the sound problems everyone else is reporting, and 1 other...the video banding issue when watching hd videos on Youtube.  Patience my friends...they'll fix it.  I have people most days see this phone and just go "WOW!" when they find out how much it costs and that it actually has the bands for LTE to work in the United States (which seems to not be commonplace with a lot of the other big names in Shenzhen mobile phones)...so love this phone.  Umidigi is 100% legit with their products. So many ripoffs out there..not this.  So they are not perfect with software...give it time.

Hi,

Why the FW UMIDIGI_Power_3.E_V1.3_20200416_20200416-0157 is REJECT?
I have updated the my phone with this FW when it was in rollout.. and now the my phone is the best ever, all work good.
Was I just lucky?
Or does it depend on small hardware differences?

P.S. the battery with a normal use (yes social and no games) working for 5 days!!! Incredible!!!
