Hello! Update 1.3 spoiled the sound in the speakers, before that with versions 1.1 and 1.2 with the sound my phone was doing fine. Please fix it!

I had the same problem. Downgraded back to 1.2 using the flash tool and seems to have fixed the speaker again.

   Rollback to version 1.2 will certainly solve the problem temporarily, but will not solve it in the future, unless errors in subsequent updates are fixed.It is not possible to permanently reset the phone to the initial settings and constantly interrogate to previous versions! Lose data and restore data constantly.

i agree. it looks like the only thing UMIDigi admins  know is to ask us to constantly factory reset our device.

Instead of giving garbage advice i suggest UMIDigi fix the damn thing so we won't have this problem in the future.

Another very unpleasant error is, when you hear a WhatsApp audio, sometimes the screen turns off and is locked until the audio ends. It usually occurs at sunset, perhaps it is related to the light sensor. It was not fixed with the update. I have video.
So, I have 2 major errors. The above, and the locked screen, which does not light up during notifications. Please repair !!

Note sure if this will work for everyone but a temporary workaround for me is to turn on the touch sounds in the sound settings. It's been okay for a few hours now but not sure if this was just a fluke or it actually fixes it (until Umidigi fixes it properly that is).

yes this works...but this is just a workaround...those touch sounds are annoying...umidigi..please fix this

That did not work for me. However, after playing with the volume settings (ring tone and so on...), the problem is now gone.

Hopefully Umidigi publicly releases all the drivers for this device so that you can use cooked roms, like Lineage. Hopefully it can be rooted soon. And that way you can use it without errors and taking advantage of good hardware.
