UMIDIGI S5 Pro Goes Official, New Affordable Flagship King! (Giveaway)
HIGHLIGHTS
UMIDIGI just launched its new affordable flagship S5 Pro and it will go on global sale in May.
The S5 Pro is UMIDIGI’s most powerful phone ever, with Helio G90T processor paired with liquid cooling, as well as 256GB storage and 6GB RAM.
UMIDIGI S5 Pro features a notch-less 6.39-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint sensor and a pop-up selfie camera.
There’s an improved matrix camera system and 3D curved glass panel on the rear.
UMIDIGI S5 Pro is expected to be under $300 in May.
UMIDIGI has announced the UMIDIGI S5 Pro, which sports some amazingly impressive internals like a Helio G90T processor, 256GB storage and FHD+ AMOLED display with a pop-up selfie camera, for a very affordable price tag. The phone will go on global sale in May.
After last year’s buzzed-about flagship UMIDIGI F2, the S5 Pro is a new price-performance champion. You’ll be treated to the MediaTek Helio G90T gaming processor, which is more powerful than Snapdragon 730 as MediaTek claims. And it comes with a liquid cooling system to keep the peak performance. Besides, the S5 Pro houses 6GB of RAM and massive 256GB of internal storage. Adding to that solid configuration is a 4,680mAh battery, 18W fast charging, NFC, and those are just the internals.
The notch-less 6.39-inch FHD+ AMOLED display comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor and a pop-up selfie camera, which some prefer over a punch-hole or notch. Usually, cheaper smartphones have poor displays, but on paper, the UMIDIGI S5 Pro’s AMOLED looks solid as it comes with FHD+(1080p) resolution.
At the rear, the UMIDIGI S5 Pro comes with a matrix camera bump containing a 48-megapixel main sensor, 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, 5-megapixel macro lens, and a 5-megapixel depth lens. UMIDIGI claims they improved the camera system thanks to the new software and hardware. And it features a 3D curved glass panel on the back, similar to what we have seen on premium smartphones. The S5 Pro are available in two colors, Ocean Blue and Cosmic Black.
The specific price of UMIDIGI S5 Pro is still not revealed yet. But we expect it will be very affordable and under $300 in May when it opens global sale, according to the company’s strategy. If you’re interested, you’d better add it to cart now on AliExpress in case you miss the deals.
Lastly, to improve users’ experience, UMIDIGI is giving away 10 units S5 Pro, and you can join the giveaway and learn more about the phone on UMIDIGI’s official website.

Taking a project and making it special is an achievement that is available to everyone. But only a few succeed.
"you and me" became special to me.
Umi had already launched several models but the "Super" aroused my curiosity that only ended when I received it and tried it out.
Adding the digital "Umi + Digi = Umidigi" was another step towards evolution.
The "Plus E" is the best model for me.
I'm sorry that it hasn't evolved in terms of Android.
It is good to think that the mobile phone we bought, is really good and ...
for a while it will have the support of the brand.
That's what everyone who buys thinks.
I hope that Umidigi has an even better answer.
"Giveaway" is an idea to expand the brand.
I have seen brand offers for sale on Ebay ...
A gift in the Umidigi community would be an idea ...
Perhaps the community would grow and in quality!
To believe that "you and Me" will continue in this "Digi" age ...
Yes, up to 256GB micro SD cards will be supported. Video capture in 4K at 30fps is already supported. Higher fps rates in lower resolutions is being developed at the moment. Currently only 30fps is available in every resolution.
The S5 Pro is built with MediaTek Helio G90T processor which does not support 5G. The first 5G chipset from MediaTek is the Dimensity 1000. Future phones will be built with that SoC.
Brand new member, can't start a thread yet. After 5 months and three failed vendors I never did get my hands on a F2. This looks to be better for me anyway.
Reading the F2 Forum I saw there was an issue with the phone not working correctly with Verizon, which is where I'm at.
Is this phone going to have the same issue? Can I get a sample IMEI so I can check with Verizon to see if it's supported?
Hoping you ship out the S5 Pros over at AliExpress before the World Premier date. Would be nice to have user reviews available for the public.
