This customer service is really sad.
I posted a tech support ticket on August 25, 2020
I finally got a reply on September 23, 2020
Asking if I flashed the firmware...if you read the warranty, it says the warranty is void if you flash the firmware.
On September 23, 2020, I replied back,
That I had not flashed because the warranty reads, if I flash the firmware the warranty is void and that all updates are pushed to the phone via FOTA. Also stated that Umidigi community forums users say after flashing they had same ore worse troubles.
So, I waited again...
On October 19 the ticket status mysteriously changed to "Waiting for Customer" status. I believe that if I did not reply the ticket would have automatically closed.
On October 22, 2020, I replied,
I asked why the ticket status changed. Stated that my phone still has problems that need to be resolved.
So I wait again. (Don't really expect a response)
Terrible customer service!
Does Umidigi even care about repeat business? If you screw over your customers you will eventually run out of customers. |
