My volume is too high even on the lowest setting. Does anyone know how to fix this?

• Dial * # * # 3646633 # * # *
• Scroll right to the Hardware Testing page.
• Select Audio --> Volume --> Audio Playback.
• In the drop-down lists, set Default, Music and Speaker.
• Enter the values that you can see on my screenshot.
  
• Tap the SET button and your settings wiill be saved until the next factory data reset.
  

If you have the same volume issue in VoIP calls (Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, Google Duo etc.), you also can change the settings in the VoIP section.

Is it possible to fix the issue in same way with the 3.5 jack when I use my filed headset the mic is too low my correspondent can't hear me ? If yes how ?

Having an issue with WiFi not reconnecting to hidden wireless networks.  When leaving the wireless network area the UMIDIGI F2 disconnects from the wireless network (this is normal).  However, when returning to the wireless network location, the phone will not automatically reconnect to the hidden wireless network.  To resolve the issue, we have to turn off WiFi on the F2 then turn it back on again.  Once the F2 WiFi comes back on, the F2 finds the hidden wireless networks and reconnects.

Fingerprint reader issue - The fingerprint scanner does not appear to work properly while the UMIDIGI F2 is charging.  While charging, the fingerprint scanner does not recognize registered fingerprints; however, the device recognizes fingerprints when the device is disconnected from the charger.

What is going to be done about the problem with the Mediatek processors used in Umidigi phones? Per the article a patch has already been made available. When will it be applied if it hasn't already and I'm guessing it hasn't.

Android 10 based UMIDIGI models (so neither the F2) are not affected by that vulnerability.

Hola mi umidigi f2 no  le sirve el microfono y al apagar la pantalla se apaga el telefono alguien sabe como solucionar eso Gracias de antemano

Lo siento por mi español. Soy de Inglaterra.

Umidigi está en el proceso de hacer una nueva ROM para que el teléfono arregle eso. Por ahora, baja el teléfono a la última ROM: https://community.umidigi.com/fo ... &extra=page%3D1

I also have an F1 Play. Will those affected phones be updated? They are affected.
