Google fixed this issue in the month of December 2019.
Google pixel supports Nova today

Nova Launcher developers claims the opposite.

The battery stats is empty. I just have the message that Battery data usage isnt available.

I tried a factory reset and cache wipe and it still doesnt work.

yes I checked those.  same wifi router connection and the "Enable wireless dsplay"  has check.  it can not find any streaming devices or smart TV.  although Youtube casting is ok.

I don't want to be the one defending Umidigi here, but have they actually promised any of the things you're complaining about?
If not, they are under no obligation to do any of those things.

I think the "Cap: 3049mAh" value showing is calculated with the wrong voltage on your device. (Probably using the average charging voltage, and not the battery operating voltage)

If you check out the "Ene: 26.647Wh" value and plug it into the link below with the proper battery voltage(3.7-4.0) it is well over 5000mAh

The final value is about ~7000mAh becasue there is energy loss due to heat and other factors.

Yea man, we need to quickly get the admin to fix it. Otherwise many people will deem their phone Is spoil due to hardware issue but in actual fact is due to software issue.

The battery usage stats are disabled on all phones since Android 9. You can get detailed info in battery management apps like GSam Battery Monitor.

I have exactly the same problem. Even with "Use device MAC" selected, the MAC address changes everytime the phone is rebooted. With the current ROM, the phone screen occasionally freeze, not responding to any touch. The phone has to be rebooted, unfortunately, the MAC address changes after phone rebooted. This is quite annoying, since the corporation wireless network uses MAC address for device registration. Someone please take a look at this, how can we FIX a MAC address that will not be changed after phone rebooted.
