I can't help you, or I don't know where the fault is. It should be tested in the decommissioning process.
It's software that can fool around. It works normally for me without any problems.
There is one more option. Are you using an antivirus application? Try to download from known companies (E..t, Ka ..... y, ...). I have been using E..t for several years and I have no problem.

SOLVED!
After presing VolDown+Power it goes to MTK Mode. After that flashing all was fine. My lovely Umi works again like a charm

salve ragazzi, è circa un mese che il mio umidigi a5 pro va di continuo in stand by quando la batteria è completamente carica. Questo problema però si toglie appena la batteria è scaricata al di sotto del 50%.
Ho già provveduto a resettare il telefono ma non ho risolto nulla. Il mio firmware è V1.6 20200102.
Qualche consiglio grazie

Hello, i bought another umidigi a5 pro because i like it very much but this time something is wrong in screen resolution. When i take a photo and expand to maxim zoom the photo appear with distortion but the same photo in another phone or even in the pc do not appear with distortion, so i think there is a problem with my phone, can someone help please?

Can you specify? What is distorted?
The photo is blurry, the colors are distorted, ... what happened?

Or take a picture of the phone with the photo displayed (not the screen).

Hi Umidigi !

I find that one issue has not been resolved.
Connecting your phone to a PC via USB starts - Activated file transfer. Unable to preset another setting. If I choose - Only charge - whenever the phone wakes up, it switches to data transfer mode.
Then the PC always reacts to changing settings and it is not OK.
