No OTA update for almost 2 months.  Android security patch still on June 5, 2019.  

What kind of after sales support is this !!  

Never, never, never buy another Umidigi product again.  Fool once, enough.  Spread the words and news !!

I agree with you that they have passed 2 months and nothing. Maybe Android 10? Attention, not Google, but Umidigi needs to customize the A10 for the phone and it is not that simple. I noticed that the other models did not receive another update.I have already said for the EU version that Android security does not require monthly updates. Also, Microsoft does not release system security updates on a monthly basis. If a system vulnerability is found, Google will certainly issue a patch or patch, and Umidigi must disclose it. It can be anytime, not every month.Maybe you mean the Android One group from X ... i, but that's more of an advertising move. I don't believe that Google fixes system security every month. Rather, the manufacturer improves or changes Android features and adapts them to the phone.I am very satisfied with this model, the price excellent.

I so agree with you! It really is a super super super phone for the price you pay for it. There is nothing else ike it.

Just make sure that problems you have are not because you have broken hardware. Because if it is bad hardware than it is very unlikely and update will fix it!

My first one arrived broken and that was a pretty bad experience and after trying a lot and waiting for updates that did not fix anyting I returned it and got a replacement.  The replacements works very well now since september last year. Only wifi is acting up sometimes (very slow) but thats not a big problem. for me.

Glad you're happy with your phone. I don't give a lot of money for overpriced and branded mobiles. I had it and collapsed as well.WiFi - I also see a problem. Sometimes it falls out, sometimes it works very well.It happens that in the basement I drop out the signal (2G, 3G) and W-Fi and then there is a problem loading the signal and Wi-Fi. It first searches for a signal (GSM, ...) and then Wi-Fi. It takes a very long time. Sometimes used - mode on the plane, and it helps.There is still something to improve.

double check your carrier for support on VoWiFi. if your carrier does not support it, you will not be able to use it. i can confirm that i have both VoWiFi and VoLTE when using my SIM. . . this has been seen from every Umidigi device i have owned thus far from the A3, A3 Pro, A5, and now A3X - which i'm waiting for my Power 3 device to come in the mail now.

please - check with your carrier before saying it's an issue with the system / firmware / device. these phones are GLOBALLY unlocked.. which means all of those nice features are already enabled. i personally use Straight Talk wireless in the U.S. - not one issue from anything relating to service or signal. i actually get better service with my phone than others on the same network (i use the T-Mobile SIM).

something i'd like to see is 5G cell network support - but i'm not holding my breath at all. i'm completely satisfied with my LTE speeds, and i have home internet - and no social media; so the data speeds aren't a big factor for my PHONE anymore.
