Headphones Upods. Sound channels are mixed up. So strange defect

At the official store in Aliexpress, I bought Upods. On the first day of use, I could not connect the headphones normally. One of the channels connected first, the second did not connect. I had to turn off the bluetooth from the phone, remove the headphones from the box, wait for them to synchronize, then turn on the bluetooth. This is inconvenient for me, because I have a smart watch that loses connection with the phone.
And now I also found out that my channels of sound are rearranged. Sound intended for the left ear plays in the right channel and vice versa. This not normal. What do you propose to do? I wrote to the seller, he does not read my messages and does not respond to me.
