Is Umidigi going to fix the camera autofocus issue?

As we can't be sure if Umidigi is preparing another update for the Umidigi One (Pro), or if ever another update would be released for these two models, I'd appreciate it if an Admin would let us know if at least they're aware of the issue where the camera has very slow autofocus, and sometimes it even fails to autofocus at all?
It's literally the only major functional issue we have with the phone, and it would be great if it could be fixed.

I have the same issue here and looks like the solution is to buy another smartphone but not an UMIDIGI !
they didn't even bother to ask for more information about current issue.
any way, the camera looks like it is locked in macro mode but I didn't find a way fix this shit!

to conclude, here is my solution:
I'll boycott UMIDIGI !!!!

I am using UMIDIGI one pro for year. This is my second UMIDIGI phone.
The phone camera and video auto focusing function is error from last week.
I cannot get any clear pictures. Long and short distance both focusing are error.
Is it hardware problem? or software problem?
Please let me share how to fix it.

Hi all, for a few days I have had a problem with my phone's Umidigi A3 Pro camera. It is no longer able to focus the image, except from a very close distance (maximum 10 cm). The phone has not been hit and the problem is only for the rear camera (the front one works correctly). I tried to install another photo application but the problem persists. Thanks, greetings.
