On my Umidigi F2 the fingerprint sensor stopped working entirely. It does not show up in the Android Security settings anymore.
I have tried:
1. Updating to the newest firmware
2. Factory Reset
3. Used SP Flashtool to perform a Firmware Upgrade.
4. Run SN Writer.exe and received a PASS notication.
And the fingerprint sensor still doesn't work. Is there anything else I can try? Or should I contact Umidigi Support for a warranty return for a defective product?
I sent you the activation file on 11th August. If you can't find it, send me an email and I'll send you the file again. But at this time check your spam folder before deleting. If you don't do so, you may lose a lot of important emails, not only this one.
