We are distributing Umidigi and we are covering the guarantees of the phones and I wanted to ask you two questions
1. Is it possible that with the update via OTA an F2 (A10) loses the fingerprint scanner?
2. How can we test the Fingerprint Scanner and find out why it was lost in the .rsp file and not a hardware problem?
