I have reset my Fingerprint scanner and now I'm stuck and depressed because I can't use it anymore. I have my phone now for 2 weeks .First I was impressed what you get for the price but to get someting like a pay service to get the phone working like it should be from the factory is not a great experience. You should really implent a automated solution because it it is just a software problem it is not defective or something like that. An online platform with login like IMEI password and your name when you register your product. then you download the necessary files and you get back your phone working like it should. even a tool that you download and login to your service would to the automated flashing process I can't understand such payment service for a product that you already bought. you justhave to add always the new flash address for every released phone because the chips are changing all the time that is all.

Hi,
Our company also has to pay for each activation since the activation files are generated by a third party company which is contracted with Google. Every solution that's available free of charge, is provided for free here. Simply you should not format the flash chip of your phone and experimenting with its software to avoid such situations.
Currently there's no Android 10 upgrade to any UMIDIGI phones shipped with Android 9, so I can't answer your question. Android 10 has a different partition structure, so if once your phone gets an A10 upgrade, your old activation file will probably not be usable anymore. However, in that case you can return to an A9 ROM, reactivate your phone, then flash A10 again. Currently it's just theory, of course.
