im having the same issue. also the phone is crashing the apps and frozen system with black screen. just power it off the phone to use it again. Did you solve the problem?

If you format the full flash of your phone, the missing fingerprint activation causes RAM overflow that leads to random app- and system crashes. Therefore, if you recover the fingerprint activation, that also fixes the RAM overflow issue.

Hello ,

I tried to update my Umidigi A5 Pro from  from (EU) V1.7_20200430 to V2.0_20210326, that went wrong.


Windows 10 had problems with the driver and the SP Flash Tool stopped once at 52% and once at 62%.

It didn't work with the original USB cable either!

I had to use a different cable.

I have made a backup and would like to know how I can get it back onto my smartphone.

1. I saved the data on the PC and

2. I made a backup in Google One.

But since I don't have my Google account synchronize, I wanted to ask if there is a way to get the data back on the smartphone.
