Please read the description of this solution more carefully. If your phone has a manufacturing issue (defective hardware, not you formatted its flash chip), please contact your seller in order to make it repaired or replaced.

Thank you all, but I just want to get my phone back after accidentally formatting it. I just want calls back to normal because it is no longer receiving or answering anyone, not even the emergency service because the phone without calls is worthless. My question is, I flashed my umidigi a5 pro by mistake but in format all + download and from there the problem started, the fingerprint reader does not work and my cell phone fails a lot, in the imei section the same appears in imei 1  and 2 and does not match the one on the label.  Do you think that your method works to make the deposit friend?  regards
