A3-A5, Power, X, F2 and Power 3: Recover f-print scanner & G-key [CLOSED]

Buenos dias, mi nieto le ingreso un patron y se le olvido a un UMIDIGI A3S, asi como tambien se le olvido el correo y la clave ingresada de la cuenta Google, se le hizo un formateo para restablecer el celular de fabrica pero el patron y la cuenta google aun estaban presentes, se recurrio a un tecnico para q eliminara la cuenta y el patron y segun inmformacion del mismo realizo un porceso llamado FRP, efectivamente elimino la cuenta y el patron, pero ahora el celular no levanta señal y tampoco aparece la opcion de huella Dactilar. Tamben nos informó q el revisando el IMEI del equipo las paginas de informacion arrojan que es un UMIDIGI A3, y no un A3S como deberia ser.
Que solución recomiendan para solventar dicho inconveniente? agradecido por su pronta respuesta.

Hi Good day,

I have a problem with my Umidigi S5 Pro in its display you can see permanently the following warning "Google Key State Fail" and the fingerprint scanner does not work. Now my question is if the solution that you describe in this post.

I attached the screenshot where you will see the warning.

Hi, This tool is not compatible with the S5 Pro or you could see it in the list of compatible devices. We're looking for a solution for the S5 Pro. Did you flash your phone with formatting?

No, the problem was presented when I shotdown the device, I turn on it the screen was in black, I investigated in your forum and I achieved to Flash the rom after of a lot attempts on at least two laptops and all their USB Ports and different drivers in the smart phone flash tool I selected the "Download Only" option. So, since that I flash the rom the device rebooted and the warning (Google Key State: Fail)  showed up permanently in the screen.

Do you estimate when will you have the solution?

The device is practically new, I have not removed or the labels

The S5 Pro compatible tool will be shared in a new thread here in the Utility section, in a few days. It doesn't need to create a unique activation key (you need only the correct attestation key file), so it will be a free service.
On the other hand, the flash chip of your phone might be defective. Otherwise there's no way to make the TEE partition damaged or deleted without a full flash or manual format.

Hi good nigth, thanks a lot, the solution was the correct, my device works perfectly.

So the device works perfectly the google key state: fail alert message has disappeared, but when I try to configure the fingerprint sensor, the following message appears: "Enrollment was not completed finger, Enrollment did not work. Try again or use different finger". The point is that this message appears without even having used a fingerprint. That is, it appears at the beginning before anything else

can someone help solve this error?



1) I try install offficial ROM v1.1, 1.7, 1.8. (in al modes - Format + donwload, Upgrade adn donwload)
2) on phone, try factory reset
3) try diferent PC
4) try update all mtk drivers
nothing helps....
