after the last update 25/10 I did a hangout video chat and after that I got a strange thing the phone freeze and get slowwwww until I reboot it ... this never happens with first firmware 1 month use
Umidigi you promised us the fix of fingerprint / face ID in the first update and it was not done the device is still not functional 2 months after its release... whats wrong ? Should people be asked not to buy this product because it is not working properly? do you have a date, this time a real TRUE date, when this issue will be fixed ?

You might need to manually edit the APN settings.
To do so,
1. Go to Settings → Network & Internet → Mobile network → Advanced → Access Point Names
2. Create a new APN by tapping the + icon in the top right corner.
3. Set the parameters as the followings:
Name: IMS
APN: ims
APN type: ims
APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
APN roaming protocol: APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
Leave all the other parameters unchanged
4. Tap the 3-dot menu button in the top right corner and select Save.
Now VoLTE should be available when your phone is connected to 4G mobile network.
Hi, it reboots automatically when I use it about ten minutes or less, depends on wich app I used (like facebook, or watching video, message, messenger, or files manager)
No. I'm waiting for official OTA update ... when do you expect to do it ?
About VoLTE I enabled like you said by creating IMS APN but is it still greyed on *#*#4636#*#* if I check the ims statut on 3-dot menu button thats say "not registered - unavailable" and I dont see the widget little windows "VoLTE" ... whats happens ?
