Hi everybody,

Watch on track after 5-10 days. If it cancelled, it is fake track. Many peoples got a track number on last wait day, and this track number cancel after few days.

Привет. Мой номер заказа: 8005655881338*** на Алиэкспресс в магазине UMIDIGI Official Store. Почему тем, кто заказал F2, вы дали компенсацию за долгое ожидание, а тем, кто заказал power 3, не то, что вам не дадут? Почему такое пренебрежение клиентами? Мы что, второсортные? Или чем же мы хуже? Я жду, чтобы вы отправили телефоны, я заказал два power 3 смартфона сразу, с 11.11.2019, и я думаю, что это нечестно! Обидно после стольких ожиданий ждать, чтобы тебя оставили без компенсации, а другим дарили подарки за ожидание!

Реально выслали бы подарки, за долгое ожидание power 3. Я очень долго жду его!

So simply!?
Those who wasted more than 2 months, getting no replies for their questions from Ali sellers but instead FALSE INVALID tracking numbers, at last just get NEW VALID ones? Again, no apologee? I guess together with Power 3 we deserve at least extra F2 for this!

Forget about gifts. The seller needs to send the phones. The seller needs to not cancel orders. The seller promises to send a gift so that the buyer does not cancel the order.

My order from Nov 12 was for an F2 and a Power 3 phone.

The F2 shipped Dec 29 and arrived in good condition.  they marked the Power 3 as shipped at the same time but only the 1 phone in the package and no shipment of the "free gift" item for the F2 ever arrived.

I asked about the Power 3 both on Aliexpress messaging and by submitting a support ticket.  Took over a week to respond to Aliexpress message but only a day on support.  Support claims they would start shipping after Jan 10, Aliexpress basically said nothing, just apologised for production delay and they would be sent out later.  

4 more days are left on your order will be automatically closed timer.  Probably will do a dispute if no valid tracking is sent before then.

Вышлют. А если вы делали заказ 11.11, то уже выслали.
