Ok, just got shipment notification from DHL.

So ordered Nov 12

Update.  Package did not include the power3.  I also ordered f2 and it was the only product in the package.  So incomplete shipment.  Going to file dispute when the system lets me as they marked it as a complete shipment.  They also forgot the promised headphone gift for waiting.

So they failed.

Алексей, я сам жду этот телефон, заказав его 11.11. На текущий момент известно, что у телефона нет прошивки (ROM) - загляните в раздел ROM, там нет power 3. Я спросил у техподдержки, когда она будет готова и мне сказали, что может быть в феврале.

I order power3 on Nov 12th and I do have service request. they said "Here you contacted is the technical support department and we don’t deal with any order issues. What we learned is that the Power3 will begin to ship on Jan 10th, you can expect it at that time."

Now in the facebook UmiDigi Official says 2 weeks. This is clearly cheating. They loot customers money and not delivering the product.
Somehow it should be notified to government and take necessary action. Because there is no response/respect for consumers from this company.

If Jan 10th is the shipping date for power3, then by now the power3 ROM forum thread should have been created.

In case of F2 ROM forum thread created a week before the F2 shipping/delivery date.

This indicates to have 0% hope that power3 will ship on Jan 10th.

Tired of waiting and without any satisfaction from UMIDIGI, I ended up canceling my purchase and no problem was accepted and they will return the money to my account in 7 days. It is regrettable that there are such companies, who have no shame in deceiving consumers by delaying more than 60 days with the delivery of a product sold and without an apology. Unfortunate, and with this ended up losing 3 customers from home and a few more I will not advise. This was the 3rd opportunity I gave UMIDIGI (UMI) and in 3 years nothing has changed. I'm going back to Xiaomi with a little more money I have good support, software updates and security update. FINALLY MY PEACE OF SPIRIT RETURNED

Today I received a set of UPods instead of the ordered Power 3 with no letter or email to explain why. UPods show as discontinued on the Aliexpress portal to the UMIDIGI Official Store so what it going on? I opened a dispute asking for a full refund unless I receive a suitable explanation. $22 dollar earphones  are no compensation for waiting for two months or is that all I will get?

If ROM may be made in February, why you tell me on TICKET-8620 that “Power3 will begin to ship on Jan 10th, you can expect it at that time”?

Sorry for the misunderstanding, the ROM is ok, it will begin to ship next week. Before Jan 15th, 10th to 15th.
