Hi, Gang, I ordered the Power3 a week or so ago. I understand how busy you are but I am just curious on an anticipated shipping date for the Power3.

Also do i have to pay for import & duties  ?

Cause it need to be shipped to EU .

I ordered UMIDIGI Power 3 via AliExpress on Nov 12 and still not yet shipped.

I got reply thru aliexpress and it says "Its a pre-sale order and the phone is being mass produced"

Pre-sale doesn't mean that the phone is being manufactured.

This is a clear cheat by UMIDIGI and AliExpress.

Sent message on Ali express messaging, One reply claiming they would ship end of month November, my second message Dec 11 asking for an update is unread with no reply at this time.
I extended order processing by a few days. They really need to start communicating with customers on what the expected shipping date will actually be. A huge number of those Nov 11 sale orders will automatically be cancelled in the next few days.

i raised a support ticket and they simply asked to "extend the shipment date for several days and wait for the shipment before 12.31".
and i extended for several days.. but lost hope on this company

Ok, just got shipment notification from DHL.

So ordered Nov 12
Shipped Dec 30
Looks like Due to deliver Jan 2. (Jan 1 is holiday otherwise that would be the day of estimate)

Initially aliexpress showed me DHL tracking number of another customer order. They probably mixed it up when uploading, DHL sent me email notification separately with correct shipment info and tracking number that is different than the tracking number they posted on aliexpress.
