Hi,

My firmware version  of my power 3 is UMIDIGI_Power_3_V1.2_20200308.

The speaker problem I encountered is this: When I playback the video I made with the phone, the playback sound is almost inaudible, particularly the voice of the person I videoed. I have made sure the microphone was not blocked when I shot the video. I tried it with Google Assistant turned off. Same problem.

If I plugged my headphone in, the playback sound increased a bit, but still barely audible. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Do factory reset on the phone after the most recent update has been applied.  
Seems like something gets updated only during a factory reset.  If you do not do the reset the bug stays.

Hello everyone,

My name is Ricky and I recently ordered and received one of these UMIDIGI Power 3 smartphones a couple days ago. I ordered from the official UMIDIGI store on Aliexpress and I'm having an issue with the speaker at the top of the phone. Let me just say I love this phone but I'm having just one issue. The speaker at the top of the phone, the one when you make or receive a phone call, it's distored and very very low volume. I tried a factory reset but that did not fix this issue. I tried clearing cache and data for the built in phone app, but that did not resolve my issue either. I'm located in Canada and my build number as shown in the About settings menu says UMIDIGI_Power_3_V1.1_20200319

I have no issues except just this one

please help,

I just wanted to post an update about my post above. The speaker that is not working well is the earpiece speaker, the one used to talk to people using the phone. It's very staticy, low volume and noise cutting in and out. Is there any way to fix this problem or do I have to send my phone back to get another one.

Please can someone help me with a solution to this. My phone just hag up when I was answering call and it keeps booting. It a new phone just 3 months. I have done Factory Restart yet no good response.

I received mine yesterday. It's really good the sound bug happen to me if only i keep using google assistant then the horizontal white line that keep popping for about a half a second other than that i don't have any problem.

In our UP3 Facebook group most of them having a problem when they update to the latest version so i will stick mine to default firmware.

As i read post here most of them having problems after Update.
.
So i suggest to stick to the  default firmware.  Just like my old phone Max Pro m1 that's why i always do research first if the update have bugs.

это единственная исправная версия прошивки с работающим чистым звуком!

В завершении!!!! найдите в своем смартфоне (приложение, поиск обновлений), лишите его всех прав и доступа к интернету, нажмите остановить процесс. Вы отключили обновление в смартфоне. Вас больше не будет беспокоить процесс поиск обновлений на смартфон, и не будет вам предлогать версию прошивки 1.2, в которой неисправен звук.

не обновляйте больше смартфон! прошейте на (1.1Е) UMIDIGI_Power_3.E_V1.1_202001122306 и на этом все! ваш смартфон исправен с хорошим звуком.

не ждите обновлений!

Hi everyone
Three weeks ago I bought a UMIDIGI POWER 3 phone. At first everything was great. The phone worked perfectly. Then minor problems started. It took a moment to wake up from sleep. The image flickered sometimes, but it wasn't particularly bothersome. Last Wednesday, without any sign of the display, the display stopped working. It's black all the time - you can't see anything. The phone still works, the alarm goes off. There is my personal data on my phone that I cannot clear. What should I do next? I live in Europe - I received a phone from a warehouse in Germany. Where can I find help?

I have received my order Umidigi Power 3, I am satisfied with it, not only that, I have received my second order of Umidigi F2 as well.
