if notifications do not come due to energy saving in sleep mode, why doesn’t this apply to all applications from which notifications come to the phone? why come from instant messengers right away and from email applications for a very long time? Why, as soon as the phone wakes up from sleep mode, notifications immediately start appearing?
All this speaks only about one thing, this is not the correct operation of the phone with the notification center in sleep mode.

Hi Molchun, I can't give you advice or help. Many settings should be improved or added.
Please write a specific situation (no names, addresses, ...). E.g. I received an email at 12:00 and I was not notified at 14:00.

If I have WiFi or cellular data turned on, I get a sound notification for a new message (mail). When I sleep I shut down the internet and I don't need the phone to disturb me.

Attaching Fingerprint Correction requests. If the fingerprint is activated, the screen goes blank and cannot be activated when making a call. The phone needs to be restarted, but this is not a workaround to fix the error.

Conducted an experiment on three phones (iPhone, Samsung and Umidigi).
All phones were in sleep mode and were connected to one wifi.
the sent letter to the email the first came to the iPhone after 3 seconds, the second to Samsung - 5 seconds and to umidigi after 4 minutes !!!
On samsung and umidigi built-in mail application gmail.
From electronic wallets applications, notifications come with even greater delay, the delay is from several minutes to a day, it is also noted that some notifications do not come at all.
My friend has the same model of umidigi bought a month earlier and he has exactly the same problem with delayed notifications on the phone.
When the screen is unlocked, then all notifications immediately appear, in the phone, sleep mode disables the full operation of the notification center, which is completely unacceptable and, as can be seen from my experiment, this is not on any other phone.

What the hell, Android security update still on June 2019.  My xiaomi just updated to Nov. 2019 from last month's Oct. 2019 update.  A5 Pro's "recent" update is full of bugs and unresolved problems & issues with Apps, especially the Camera App.  There are other minor issues reported here that await fixes and resolutions.

Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE - whether it is the Global rom or the EU rom.  Where is the next update ??

I think Umidigi doesn't have a well-set standby mode to save battery power. I don't have WiFi (mobile data) turned on every time they stay on so I don't watch it.
I have this problem differently. I do not have full operator coverage when I commute or travel, my mobile switches to the roaming partner. It usually happens that I am again in coverage of my operator, but the phone responds late.

If I simplify this, the phone literally sleeps in standby mode and refreshes the information at some time intervals. It has its logic, but .... Maybe you need to get used to it or try to find the setting in Enginner Mode

No settings could fix the notifications in sleep mode, this is a problem in the firmware itself.
For me, the delay in notifications is not acceptable, the phone was bought specifically for receiving messages.
If this is not fixed in the next update, then I will give the phone to the child for toys. Probably there is no other use for such a phone)
And I had to cancel my pre-order umidigi f2, I’m just sure that there will be only problems there.
