<Untitled> Download Unsuccessful

Hello. I have purchased this phone, arrived yesterday brand new from Amazon. I cannot download files with any browser (firefox, duckduckgo, etc). It only lets me download files with Google Chrome.

I really do not like Chrome and wish to never use it.

When i try to download a zip file with firefox, i get the message:

I myself don't use Chrome browser eoth.. I use Microsoft Edge browser...it does allow me to download using the other browser with no issues here...they appear in the downloads area as expected when using file app/

I am really intrigued by this phone but haven't seen much in terms of reviews, etc.. so it's nice to see this thread. I'm long overdue for an upgrade from my OnePlus 2 and originally tried purchasing a Redmi Note 5 but it got lost in transit so I was opting to wait for the RN7 (in Canada so need Global Version). But then... I stumbled across this on Banggood and it seems just, too good to be true?! On paper it seems better (more battery, ROM, Stock Android, NFC) and at least on par (SoC) to the RN7 and the price is pretty solid. I am not very familiar with China phones other than being told "Xiaomi = Good, UMiDIGI = Bad" so I am curious how the F1 stacks up and how the company is overall.
