Phone died after 5 months. Umidigi says to contact seller, Aliexpress umidigi store never returns emails. Wow, great service. Never again.

Same problem here, UMIDIGI official store (aliexpress) don't change/repair terminal after 6 month of use.

purchased this POS of a phone a5 pro in early aug from AliExpress and was delivered to me in Singapore in mid september. been using it since then. never  dropped it before and only charged it when the battery is goes to 0. then today the inevitable happened. last used the phone at about 1030 am and batt was over 40%. wanted to use it again and noticed it was off. couldn't on it back. when I plugged the charger in, there was nothing indicated on the screen. tried the 20 sec hold on power vol up/down suggested online as well as plugging it to my PC. to no avail. guess the $100+ I paid has proven to be a donation to umidigi

Hello i in to the club, today my A5pro have ~15% of battery i plug in to the charger. After some time i try unlock phone and they dont respond . Screen is black, dont react to push on button, dont show anythin on screen when i plug in to the charger. After some time in charger i feel only warm back cover upper fingerprint.

Phone dont respond to fingerprint, power button, combinacion of power and vol+ or vol-. After connect to PC, widows dont find phone.

Any idea to resolve this problem?
It is posible that charging board is demaged? I have micro usb in some angle not strictly strigth.
Maby change charge board? New on aliexpress cost 6$?

where is engeeners from Umidigi? my phone have only 12 months.

I bought one for my daughter. She used 6 months and hung up on her own.
After a week he called again, ran for 24 hours and hung up. Now don't care anymore. Does anyone know how to solve?
