I received my device A5 pro and it just does not turn on, I waited to load and nothing, hold the buttons to enter bootloader tb and nothing. Some help?

I bought the A1 Pro when the presale started, but I sold the phone right away when it arrived, so my experience with umidigi-phones are really limited. The specs look OK regarding the price tag of 199$. But their marketing is so off-putting, simple and shitty youtube videos and no real exchange rates reviews.

same on me ...phone one day used .....after connecting to usb cahrger device went off and does not turn on anymore? any tips for flashing or something else ...I dont want to sent it back to seller ...too long time changing the device ....pressind power button and loudness+ to come set to factory reset?

i bought (2) a5-pros about a month apart.....both orders are having a problem with the screen blacking out while trying to place a call....then you have to force-restart the phone to get it to work again....then later it does it again....a few times a day....a ticket through umidigi tech support has been started....TICKET-4144....it does not seem as though they have come to a solution for this and are writing about the need to send it back to shenzhen.....neither the US government nor the Chinese government are subsidizing return shipping like they do the initial outbound shipping.....and tracking based shipping will cost about $50US....i am sorry, but the phones are not working right, and from what i am reading in the forum this phone is having many types of problems....and the statement above is my experience as well with the aliexpress official umidigi store....NO RESPONSE....these were my 3rd and 4th umidigi phones....and a surprise there is no better option for repairs/replacement/refund

First time in my life i can afford a bigger screen phone ( swapped from iphone s4 ) and after 20 days of use today its gone after connecting to a charger. Any possible fix? I bought phone from an old guy and i dont have possibilites to contact him

A5 Pro stuck in boot cycle, load Umidigital logothen restasrts over and over.

Used Power and Volume Up buttons to enter Bootloader, selected Recovery Mode, pressed Volume Down as instructions but same thing happens.

Cannot boot, cannot reset, nothing.

Broken, after 5 days

Help!

I purchased a UMIDIGI A5 PRO on Dec.03 2019 through the official Aliexpress store, I received on 31.dec.19
After five days of use, I have a trouble to turning it on.
I tried to let it charge for about 3 hours and still no sign of life.(but warms up in the upper back area and i think that usb charging port is working)
When I connect it to any computer, windows downloads mediatek drivers (mediatek usb & PreLoader) but still has no sign of device life.

Any advice?

Same for me :-(. It seems dead after 3 months only. It is my wifes and it just went black a month ago and nothing seems to help. I have an a bit over a year old umidigi one pro and it just did the same. The only reaction I get from it is that when I plug in charger the red light comes on. I tried holding different button combinations and I know it is not to much discharged. Is it hardware failure on 2 phones?
