Dear users,
If the wireless update process gets stuck at rebooting, then download the OTA file from here, and install it from recovery. From recovery, you can install updates stored only on SD card, so you'll need to install an SD card in your phone. The update process may take for up to 15 minutes and there's no progress bar, so please be patient.
If you don't have an SD card, then you can flash your phone with SP Flash Tool. If you get the "PMT has changed..." error message in the flasher app, you can flash your phone in firmware update mode (your user data will be erased), or download the first ROM version and use the scatter file in it - copy it to the new ROM folder by overwriting the original file. Please never format your phone!
