Hello.
My F1 also gets stuck at the "Rebooting" message after the OTA update was downloaded.     It stays there for hours, and it never actually updates.   
I turned the power off,  turned it back on,  tried the update again, but the same thing happens (gets stuck at "Rebooting").

UMIDIGI, please check this issue.

Same here.

I've tried rebooting, redownloading etc. I have NOT pressed install now as I don't know what the downside is here.
I've even tried the opposite of what is advised and stuck airplane mode on...

Any ideas??

I see the "Wireless Update" app allows to select a local file from the filesystem.   This is option "Local update" in the three-dots menu (upper-right corner).    It allows to "select a file" from the Internal Storage.

Would it be possible to manually download file "2019090418_g38v71c2k_kw_f1_eea-ota.zip" into my internal storage, and then select the file with "local update"?

Just as I was writing this reply,  I see that the ZIP file (2019090418_g38v71c2k_kw_f1_eea-ota.zip) has been removed from this post, and it's replaced by a message saying  "coming soon".     But the ZIP file was there just yesterday...  so it seems UMIDIGI has taken down the faulty OTA update, and a new one will be posted "soon".

It never rebooted or updated

My F1 is also not updating. Stuck on "Rebooting....." and never stops.

Please fix.

Dear users,

If the wireless update process gets stuck at rebooting, then download the OTA file from here, and install it from recovery. From recovery, you can install updates stored only on SD card, so you'll need to install an SD card in your phone. The update process may take for up to 15 minutes and there's no progress bar, so please be patient.
If you don't have an SD card, then you can flash your phone with SP Flash Tool. If you get the "PMT has changed..." error message in the flasher app, you can flash your phone in firmware update mode (your user data will be erased), or download the first ROM version and use the scatter file in it - copy it to the new ROM folder by overwriting the original file. Please never format your phone!
