The camera app still makes bad, smoothing photographies since july update. I bought this smartphone because camera quality was really good and I still wait for your update that can repair the app.

I wish it were just the app. 3rd party apps also take bad pics, so unfortunately this is a firmware issue they need to fix.  Post time 2019-9-30 21:18

hello

this is my first post here

i bought UMIDIGI F1 PLAY more than a month and i am a XDA developers Senior Member for 5 years

i want just to tell that UMIDIGI F1 Play is so good but the rom developers make it worst,I see that smartphone manufacturers (samsung,lg,huawei) made great phones from normal specs

so UMIDIGI you are losing Clients just because your system is the worst and i give why :

- first because of the camera, when i saw that the phone has 48 mp it is good but using a play store application as a system Camera app is -1 for me there is the link of the app https://play.google.com/store/ap ... camera&hl=en_US

- second the system is a treble project (GSI) and not a Device Project so it will have a lot of issues , it is good for the system developers they present every new android system at a minimum time but is this good for us , Off course Not because the phone has a lot of features and improvements that can be exploit even the normal features arent there (Dark Mode, outdated security patches,

- and finally you said that the phone has no bloatware but i found two apps (a note app and flashlight app) so i understand that your advertisements has no credibility ??

so i hope those problems will be fixed soon and make clients like me or everyone here happy or they will buy another brand phone

for the system if you could just give us the source code (device tree,Vendor, Kernel) blobs , we will make your work even better

Are you saying that UMIDIGI stole the camera app you linked above, modified it and put it out as their own?

As to the "bloatware" issue: I think two small apps don't make a "bloatware". They take up next to no space and are totally unobtrusive. When you look at other phones like Xiaomi or even Samsung, where there's loads of apps of annoying services like booking.com, tripadvisor, newspapers, magazines, games and such crap, which you can't even uninstall, these tiny little tools that UMIDIGI adds to their ROM are really not worth noting. Be fair! :-)
