You can try to perform a factory data reset, then setup your phone as a new device without restoring your apps and settings. First try the camera before installing anything. If it still doesn't work, then it's a hardware issue. Maybe just the camera ribbon cable needs to be reconnected, maybe the camera module itself is defective. We can't know without disassembling your phone. You also can test all the four cameras separately in factory mode. Dial * # * # 66 # * # * then SINGLE Test.

After last update I had an lag issue upon app opening, as admin has recomended to factory reset device after the same those lag
issue has improved.
Unfortunatly the Viber issue green flickering when moving the phone still persist as with last fw, and as I have  factory reset the
phone that is not solution for it.
It seems that same issue do not persist with skype app, and camera and video is fully functional with native photo app.
Also one small bug that I have noticed is when backing up device it seems that it wont load icons with message about Quickstepp issue, same bug was present in last fw, but as soon as you rebot it is OK.
Is it posible and this is only sugestion to program when emails, messages etc beeing recieved by device that screen turn on or blink several time as
no LED is present on device.

Some things have improved: camera  autofocus and volume level on calls are better now. But stil the old instability: "System UI has stopped". Usualy a few seconds after boot and then ramdomly along the time. If I boot in "Safe mode" - only system apps are loaded - it happens the same way. So, the fault seems to be on system itself and not on instaled apps. Please fix this. It comes from the beginning, I think. If I want to sell the phone, I can't. I would have the buyer pissing me everyday.

Same problem i have after the Eu Update apps are very slow problem resolved after Reset factory in settings the receiver earphone is continue a weak ! i check with engineear application you have fix some parameters in the voice receiver but the problem stay earphione receiver is weak again
the bigest problem with this model is the cameras its very very bad darkness and blurry can you work for this to give to us one serius camera update?? its very difficult to us in every next updates to we make reset factory restores if the apps going very slow !!

I have another problem - proximity sensor. Update didn't fix it (version EU).
After a while, when I start making a call, the screen automatically turns off. I have to turn it off and on again, otherwise I can't control the phone. I need to restart my phone.

bueno tengo un problème actuellement à 5 utilisateurs via Internet lime à partir de la durée de la nuit seule ou en solo, mais aussi la réalité que le cœur est à votre place dans le forum auto clicker  wordunscrambler jumblesolver

Tout va bien avec Factory Reset ...

I have the same problem with my phone.
I done the manipulation and it don't works.
The factory reset works less than a day. I do it yesterday at 10pm and it don't works now 8pm.
I am very disappointed to have bought this product.
This is 5 times I do a factory reset, in less than 10 days.

if you turn off or restart the A5 pro, the bug may come back! This is the case every time at home!

the reboot network settings no longer seems to work (it works at home sometimes at the beginning with version 1.3 but since it no longer works)

The only way at the moment is to get android out of the factory! it works every time and incoming calls work again.

At home the problem is manifested on the sim slot 1 & 2

the call volume is low and the volume bar is always lowered to 50%
