My battery works fine. I am trying to get hold of customer support as I cannot post in the A5 forum. My problem is when I connect my phone to Windows 10. It recognizes it ,but I cannot copy any music, photos, or videos to the phone. The computer just shows it as empty.
It would really be nice if there was an easy way to get hold of customer support. My account keeps saying I do not have access to post in the A5 Pro forum, yet I purchased a phone from Umidigi. Love the phone so far, but this access to forums thing needs to be fixed. If your customers cannot get in touch with you on here, you will lose them. Thanks for your reaply, Todd (A5 Pro Owner) |
