Is any one from UMIDIGI actually reading this forum?

I Flashed 1.1 eu version and my display does not work. Just like with both versions of 1.2. eu and global So I cannot test those.

At 1.3 I get a screen but my phone just crashes and crashes . Most of the time to the black screen but sometimes also just freezes.

It this point I think of returning the phone. I think it is a DOA. Maybe bad ram or something.

Pretty disappointed. Feels like there is a curse on this phone.

The problem with Viber and Doogle Duo, when the video call, my image flickers: the frame is my face - the frame is a green background, the subscriber sees everything. In bright light - the image is restored. What is the problem? Technical - low sensitivity of the front camera? If software, please - fix it!

Any news when the next update will come out?

Pls UMIDIGI let us know something. I rather try the next update before I return my phone but if it takes to long I have to return it as soon as possible because shipping it back and getting a new one will probably take 6 weeks.

Didn't they posted on FB that it will be (last) this week, then weekend, and then - again, changed to early next (this) week.

It is middle of the week already - Wednesday.  Next, it wil say "Coming Soon" on the FB and/or to contact/email their technical support for help.

Of course, if and when it is released finally, whether it will fix and update anything, is the big question.  
Can anyone trust them with their poor creditability ?  I rather be proven wrong about this nice looking smartphone, if and when it work.

Yea it looks nice.
And during the short time my phone works (like 1 to 5 minutes) the cameras actually work so I do not have the camera problems every one else has.  
It would have been nice if some one from umidigi would read these forums and could give some advice.

I do think my phone is probably broken because it crashes al the time. But not a single question has been replied to by Umidigi.

The good thing is they have a forum and they do release updates but there is no help at all besides that.

I mean I get an unreadable display after flashing older firmwares and I get black screens when running v1.3  
Someone at umidigi must know why I get unreadable displays right? Or at least let us know that they don't know.

I am now in discussion with dx.com about returning my phone. And the first thing they ask after I described my problem is if I ever dropped my phone or had it in water.

I never used the phone! grrrrr. It never worked! I want a working one.

I am just checking to see if you ever got this issue fixed. I have the exact same problem after I format and flash my stock Ron using SP flash tool and I am still struggling with it.

I really need help, anyone knows how to fix this?
