Hi, I got the phone two days ago but the front camera does not work and the rear angular camera does not work. Please help me solve the problem.

I think the HW is defective in this phone! I have the SAME problem  The front camera is DEFECTIVE

Yes on 0705 rom that is what happens!!! On 0716 rom it says 16MP and noyhting else.  I think HW is defective

I reported this to email about 6 days ago now and still no response.

My front camera is also not working. The phone is good only for this hopefully software flaw.

Having problems with the contacts app.
Adding new contact shows white screen.
Opening settings shows black screen and after some seconds it shows not responding.
Deleting contact shows read only error.

Indeed, a lot of bugs with this phone ...

An important fault has

Large downloaded files such as movies larger than 4 GB when you transfer them to the SD only pass 4gb and ERROR. It only supports file transfers up to 4.29 GB curious just the capacity of 4GB cards.
I have tried everything in my hand mobile reset, card format, card change and still doing the same. It does not transfer large files.
I have no idea what the fault is due to

If anyone happens the same and find a solution that exposes it please

I have researched a little on the web and it turns out that it is because of the format of the sd that the mobile does in FAT32
With this format it is only possible to transfer files to the SD of up to 4.29GB

I must be a very lucky guy because I don't have any issue with cameras. Everything is working well: front , back, swaping them (a bit slow but working), wide lens (also a bit slow but working), still picture and video with sound, all working as they should. I have even made some measurements and  trigonometric calculation and found the aperture angle of wide lens to be about 114 degree. Not far from the announced 120 (maybe my measurements were not very accurate). And also noticed a litle "barrel distortion" on this wide lens: straight lines at or near picture edges result in slightly curved lines (barrel shape). But this isn't an expensive SLR camera, isn't it? For a budget phone (with corresponding cameras) it is not bad at all.

And now for the bugs and things missing:
1 - bugs - frequent "UI system  stoped" faillures ; when alarms are fired, if the screen is "off" it doesn't light up to dismiss or snooze the alarm. The only thing that lights up is the status bar; unable to make security backups to Google account. Stuck on "Waiting for backup".
2 - things that are missing (or I didn't find them) - WPS for seting up a connection to a router without introducing router's key; sending a contact calls to Voicemail (contacts app); setting SIP accounts (telephone app). WHY???!!! For me, this is a "must have". I use it a lot, every day. And I believe the necessary stuff is present, only missing the necessary permissions. Please, make this available like other makers do.

Hi I am from India and I got my phone yesterday from Ali Express.com. When I switched it on it demands an update so I updated it. When I opened its camera it shows my selfie upside down and when I click on back camera option It gets hang and doesn't show back camera. Apart from this, when I click on wide angle option in the middle it displayed a message " CAMERA HAS BEEN DISABLED BECAUSE OF SECURITY POLICIES." and shut downs. Further more, Its Flash light also not working when I drop down it from top then it shows "FLASHLIGHT UNAVAILABLE". I also updated my phone to latest version UMIDIGI_A5_Pro.E_V1.3_20190716_20190716-2155 but problem still persist. I think its not software glitch. Phones hardware has some issue. So I opened a dispute with the seller on Ali express to change my device or to refund the amount.
