I have a very similar problem. I can make calls with the sim card that is in slot 1 but I cannot receive any calls (in my case, the phone is not doing anything: the only thing I can see is that the 4G symbol changes into a 3G symbol when the call is coming in, once you hang up, it goes back to 4G, that's it). The slot 2 works well (it can make and receive calls).
