Hi Users/ Admin,

The battery performance is really poor. Battery drains too fast and for a mixed usage, the battery is not even lasting 10 hours from a full charge. Any update might fix this issue?

Hello evryone My 5 pro is shit flash not working i have to use 3rd party camera app to get the camera to work my wide azngle camera is not working its like the are not there including the flashlight it says hardware problem and i get constan Sistem PI crashed fuck you umidigi i was hiped about ur a 5 pro but you fuked it up and yeha if anyone has a solution this is my email weazard2@abv.bg pls i need help

I use A5 Pro for over a week now. I am completely satisfied of the phone. Build number: UMIDIGI_A5_Pro.E_V1.4_2019829.
Battery life after 5-6 charges is satisfactory, working smooth and fast.
With a lot of use all day, checking online my interests and exploring the phone, at the end of the day when I was able to charge it again, never was below 30%.
I guess with more normal use i will be able to have almost 2 days of life.
No overheating issues.
And the most important for me, which i have to say i was worried a little before i get it in my hands, NO YELLOWISH issue on my photos with the main camera. Something that in the most reviews was noticed.
Photos are clear and with normal white balance.
I would definitely buy it again or a more advanced UMI model.
My only con and HOPE is that in need of a more complicated camera software.
Camera app settings are a little "noobish" and at the beauty setting, where u can find a bar and some icons over it, and a water drop in the middle, i still searching for what it does and nowhere in the manual explains the camera app futures.

Anyway is a good phone for me, of course appearance and construction quality is way beyond the selling price point.

And at the end of the day, i recommend it.

Hi Umidigi and Community,

The screen itself can be a notification light.. just flash a dot on the top corner or something every 30 s. And yes no message display on screen for new messages, even though the settings show
"allow notification dot" - on
On lock screen is set to "Show all notification content",
App preference shows behavior = "make sound and pop on screen"
but it shows nothing shows on screen when in locked mode. very frustrating.. For my phone and my moms phone.

At first it worked really well then the battery issue started and now the battery drains so qickly.
I have two same phone and both have the same problem.
I gave my phone to servicing but didn't help a bit.

Greetings to all Forum Members.
I purchased this smartphone as a second, having a Xiaomi Mi A3. Everything worked perfectly before updating the last Build "UMIDIGI_A5_Pro.E_V1.5_20191008". In fact now just call the speaker is silent except not to press speaker on the display and then goodbye to privacy. Same thing when you make phone calls. Communication to UMIDIGi, without acknowledgment of acceptance or reply on my email. I have been using Chinese smartphones for years, and I solved everything with external ROMs but now I just didn't want to play around again. If you have a solution to this bug, I would thank you very much.

Probably I will buy Umidigi Power, so many guys are telling me that Umidigi A5 Pro isn't that great  ...

A5Pro is not equipped with a voice mail function.
In Japan, most smartphones are equipped with an answering machine.
Please install the answering machine on A5Pro in the next update.
