Good day !

Need help how Face Unlock on A5 Pro works. I enrolled my Face ID successfully and the way I understand, Face Unlock should work upon picking up/lifting of the phone to your face. It's not the case for the A5 Pro phone I have, upon lifting I need to press the power button first and the screen lit and only then it recognizes my Face ID. If this is the case, then Face Unlock doesn't bring any convenience over fingerprint unlock. If i have to press the power button, I might as well use my fingerprint unlock. Shouldn't Face ID unlocks the phone by mere lifting/picking up of the phone infront of your face? Or is the problem isolated to my phone unit and yours works fine.

Pls provide guidance as to what other settings I need to do to make it work just as I describe. Your help is highly sought. Thank you.

I have a5 pro for a few days and although it is a good phone I'm having an issue with mac address. It's changing every time the prone reboots or the wifi is switched off. Most of hotshots and my work network are assigned by mac address so if the mac address change I'm not able to connect to wifi. I hope that this issue will be addressed and resolved soon, otherwise there is no use for that phone for me and probably  many people in UK.

Hi Umidigi and Community,

I got A5 Pro 3 days ago. I loved phone so much. Thanks to you for that.

After using it some time I noticed I dont see notification from apps until I turn on the screen. Can you please add this feature so that when we get notification from apps it wakes screen on. Because we dont have notification LED in this phone. I think it is important to have inscreen notification alert, otherwise users of this phone will miss important notifications. Please add this in the next update.

The latest software update for the A5 Pro added the emergency broadcast functionality. Here's a screenshot of the options page, hopefully it helps!

Hello.
I have Umidigi A5 Pro since one month and I have issue.
I have 2 sim card. Default calls worked on SIM1. After some time SIM1 stop receive incoming calls and sms. Outgoing are OK. SIM card is OK becouse in slot 2 works.
Only factory reset helped.

Hello from Greece ,
New owner to a A5 Pro mobile. I have a problem with sim1 card slot.
I can't receive calls or sms to SIM1 card but i can make calls normally or connect to internet via data.
Has anyone else fased this problem ???
I have the latest EU Firmware Version (Summer 2019)

Hi Users/ Admin,

facing a problem with the SD card. Whenever I restart the phone, the SD card (formatted as an internal storage), gets corrupted. Hence, quite often I am losing the stuff stored in the SD card. Are other users facing this problem? Can it be fixed through some update?

Hi Users/ Admin,

During a call, random apps like clock gets activated. Also, as the screen does not turn off, the mute button or speaker button gets activated due to touch. Can this be fixed through some update?
