- Let's hope that the battery wont be dropping really fast sometimes after 7 months of usage like on the One Pro.
- Let's hope that since so many people bought the phone, the period support will be more extended.

Hi Umidigi and Community,

I got A5 Pro 3 days ago. I loved phone so much. Thanks to you for that.

After using it some time I noticed I dont see notification from apps until I turn on the screen. Can you please add this feature so that when we get notification from apps it wakes screen on. Because we dont have notification LED in this phone. I think it is important to have inscreen notification alert, otherwise users of this phone will miss important notifications. Please add this in the next update.

Hello from Greece ,
New owner to a A5 Pro mobile. I have a problem with sim1 card slot.
I can't receive calls or sms to SIM1 card but i can make calls normally or connect to internet via data.
Has anyone else fased this problem ???
I have the latest EU Firmware Version (Summer 2019)

Depends on the country I guess, the emergency message worked on the one pro when it was tested a year ago in Canada.

do yo can fix other MAJOR SOFTWARE issues?
camera take photo but No picture saved,
Sound and mic quality voice calls are GARBAGE,
the system UI often crashes and the phone is therefore frozen.

Good morning Umidigi Community. I'm from Peru, and in our country so that the A5 Pro can enter we are asking to be approved and we are requesting the Broadcast certificate or dissemination of emergency messages. Someone who has a cell phone could not provide a manual or screenshot of that option. We are many Peruvians who are in the same problem. Help us please.

I looked through the A5 Pro's settings menu and there's no option for emergency broadcast settings.

Hello guys.
I was looking for a feature request topic, I guess this is as close as it gets.
I got the phone a few days back. I can say that it is a really good phone for the price. Yet a few things are actually annoying (some of them got fixed with the recent updates).
Yet there is still something I would like to ask (and I hope someone from UMIDIGI would actually notice ).
- The in-call volume of ear speaker is way to silent. It's ok in quite places, but terrible with any people/cars/noises around. Any plans to increase it or do we just root the phone and do it our selves?
- The loud speaker's lowest option is too loud. There are many ticks for the options (from 0% to 100%), but those ticks start to early. It's not really comfortable at night or with people around.

Probably I will buy Umidigi Power, so many guys are telling me that Umidigi A5 Pro isn't that great =/
