Hi, Yes, our developers are working on the solution. Only about 25% of the phones are affected.

Всем привет. У меня аналогичная проблема с зависанием экрана, причем точно не помню, она была до обновления или же уже после. Также мне кажется, что увеличилось потребление батареи.

Как я купил новый телефон этого сбоя не было! Он появился с середине мая. Я подумал, что это случайность, но потом увидел, что это происходит периодически с разной частотой во времени. Обновление 06/06/2019 не решило эту проблему у меня. Сброс заводским настройкам также не решил эту проблему.

I also have a problem with the SCREEN freezing & it's been happening since before the last update. I've done a factory reset from booting into recovery & it's still the same. I hope this is fixed soon as it appears to be a fault many are having. The phone & camera are good other than the screen freeze.

Hi Admins,

I ve got a strange issue with my S3 Pro . My 256GB SanDisk sd card cannot be recognized. When I insert it into the phone the system is formatting it before use which is fine and after it s gone, i cannot see it. Nor my laptop can not see it when i insert the card. the only way to bring it back to life if I insert it into my old phone and formatting there, after that it will be visible. What s going on????  The sd card is in perfect working order because it does work on P10 lite and S7 edge phones. Could you help to find a solution plz.  thx

Done with the survey. The serious issue I only have is: zoom in in camera app freezes the app. Please have it fixed.

If you have freezing touch screen issues (only in that case) and EU version software running on your phone, please install the following OTA update manually.
