Dear Users,

If you have freezing touch screen issues (only in that case) and EU version software running on your phone, please install the following OTA update manually.
UMIDIGI_S3_Pro.E_V1.0_20190522_20190615-1043_update.zip

if you tried everything even restart from stock without any apps, maybe it is just faulty ?

I also start in safe mode, but the freeze was there again and again.

Hello,

I've had one issue withe the previous firmware update, my phone was superslow when charging it took about 8 hour for full battery

I hope with latest update this is not the case anymore.

Do you have touch screen digitizer issues? *
The touch screen stops responding after a while and you need to lock and unlock the screen with the power button to make it work again.



so they know very well the problem to link to the touch screen ...

we are waiting for a correction please

I also had the problem with the freezing of the screen, as I postet here some days before. But, I'm happy, that te last firmware update fixed it. Hoping that is a stable solution!

That was wishful thinking, the freeze is back!!! 2 days went well, I have not changed anything, no app installed, only 7 automatic updates since then. The screen freezes again worse then before.
