Please check on the wireless update page whether you really have installed the 0615 version.
Please dial *#*#33#*#* to run the test mode. Select MMI1 --> SINGLE TEST --> RF information. Take a screenshot there and please send it to ben@umidigi.com.

Please flash the 0615 ROM with SP Flash Tool.

After a successful update your TP version should be VER:0x10, not VER:0xffffffff.

same for me! Still not fixed and I'm very upset with umidigi about this. I had a perfectly running phone. Did not have one bug before. Even the camera was ok for me with different app and now I have a phone which annoys me to use because umidigi did an awful job with testing their updatesAnd yes, I have VER:0x10 showing up in the factory test menu.

TP version  still VER:0xffffffff not changed to VER:0x10 is it a hardware problème ?

after this update, Antutu benchmark now is OK.
but:
- whats app cammera problem - final photo is wider then in app capture
- problem with fingerprint in some bank apps (crash of applications) - solution is delete fingerprint and create again (evidently problem with existing fingerprints)

Hi umidigi s3pro, it is impossible to use. The touch display constantly hangs. Fix this problem. Very disappointed in this model.

even me same problem and no one i answering if it's hardware problem or software problem
