Fingerprint sensor still does not work well, for example, to log in to the paypal application and in others, still does not take the fingerprint.
- Good notification area, funny icons but they should be larger.
- camera - whatsapp works fine now- Alarme ringtone can't change.

ideas to improve: - It should also be possible to modify the battery icon and modify the colors of the notification area (black, white, preset), as in oneplus.
- I would love to be able to put "Double tap to wake", it would be fantastic.- Turn On/Off Phone programe time to shut down or wake up.

I'm having issues with some apps on the phone(crashes) so I tried to hard reset it, it asks for my pin , I typed it and I get a message that the System app crashes.

I also tried to hard reset it though power it on with VOL UP + Power but I get the message no commands found.

Can you please help?

I love the phone and don't want to return it.

Use a PC, SPFlash Tools and flash the latest full ROM.

Is the F1 ever going to get security patches ? I am still on January 1 2019..
Camera is so grainy, overly shary, over saturated / unstaturated colors

There are so many issues with the F1

Memory is suppose to be 4gb. With nothing installed it uses around 2.6 to 2.9gb so there is not much left over for actual applications.
Not stock android.
Not really 4G LTE, more like hit or miss depending on where you are at. More like 3G with turbo.
he APN settings are very outdated and you have to go in and change to work with AT&T or T-Mobile.
Does not have E911 or Emergency Alerts settings.
The fingerprint reader is subpar for 2019. Only reads it about 25% of the time.

Have opened tickets with support but get NO response...

Yes, it would be possible to fix the camera and enable stabilization, why did they remove it from the settings?

This phone is massively let down by what seems to be overly aggressive on Running apps. Essentially it doesn't "multitask" very well. It seems to actually "Reload" the app\window when you use task switcher.
For example its very annoying when you have a comment made in Facebook, then switch to something else briefly, go back to facebook and you can see clearly its doing a reload, and of course the comment is gone.

This alone make the phone terrible. Great hardware ruined by some poor devs.
PLEASE fix what is a fairly basic thing to sort, i also own an UMIDGI S2 and this phone does not have the problem.
