Anyone else has this issue ? The battery charges from 10% to 100% in 30 minutes and in 20 minutes of playing a game at 100% battery is at 14%.
This happen in the last 2 weeks every day... So this phone will go bad 5 months and thats it ?
I got the battery to 0 shut off the phone and charged it to 100% and it took 2 hours i think. And then the battery lasted longer but when i started charging again with the phone on, same problem. I hope this is a software issue, will reflash the whole thing again.

Edit : Yeah seems like a problem with the software. Reflashing and charging from 10% to 100% with the phone off took 3 hours and now and the battery was fine and i charged it again with the phone on after that and the battery took a while to charge (unlike last time), thats good news. I hope that in 3-4 charges the battery won't be decalibrated again.

Edit2: Battery still good.

My Umidigi One Pro is not switching on. I see the red light when connecting to the charger but the phone is not switching on.

I have few questions,

1. Can I return the phone to Umidigi Phone and buy a new one ? Is there any discounts for that ? Phone is under warranty period and it's just 10 months after the purchase.

2. Is there any troubleshooting methods that I can follow to get it back to working status ?

3. I bought the phone from Gearbest, so what should be the warranty claim procedure ?

Thanks!
