Update:
I disassembled the phone and reinforced the proximity sensor with double-sided adhesive, blocking it from any incoming light that could cause an error.
The error has not been resolved, so it is now certain that the error is software, not hardware.
Since this device no longer receives updates, there are two ways left to repair the proximity sensor.
1 / Flashing the firmware from my previous post.
2 / In the accessibility settings, it must be switched on for the power button to end the call.
I have also found the following assembly errors:
The processor does not have any cooling at all, so it may overheat or cause the device to die. I corrected this with a silicone cooler so there is no heat at all.
The mains antenna is small in size, I changed this to a larger one so the field strength is twice as strong as before. |
