excuse me, but better OTA or SPFT?

If your system works properly, you should not use SPFT.

NFC is still not working with this update.  Is this issue being addressed?

NFC does work fine in my unit with this update...  NFC has worked since I bought the phone in January 2019

Your issue might be caused by a third party app - not obviously a launcher. You can try to flash t ...

Thank you bencebacsi for your answer.

I tried to troubleshoot the issue, and it turns out it was not a problem with this ROM version.   Sorry for the confusion.

The constant screen refresh was happening due to some strange behaviour between a bluetooth headset and my F1:  if the headset device is allows for "phone calls", "media audio", "input device" and "contact sharing", then it works fine.     However, when I disabled everything, and enabled only "media audio" (the only use I want to give it),  then the constant screen refresh in any app will happen.

Whether it is a bug in the F1 android system or in the BT headset, I don't know.

The workaround is to simply enable all permissions:  "phone calls", "media audio", "input device" and "contact sharing",  to avoid the constant screen refresh.

My only problem is that the volume through a bluetooth speaker is very low.

It's not true, If you set LTE CA "ON" in engineering mode , then exit and go back to LTE CA always is OFF..
Yes, you can set ON, but without effect. IT means that CA is unfunctional.
