My smartphone isn't from Umidigi, but i'm having trouble with this and by using Google Search i ended up here. Can this also be used from other brands? I wouldn't mind paying some money for fixing this, because the brand from my smartphone has no customer support. Thanks for your attention.

Hi, I have F1 device and I was attempting to root the device and use SP Flash Tool and....
accidentally choose Format all + Download...
and by following the instruction from this page, I finally got my phone back.
phone works just fine, except....

i can not sign into google account.

I used SN Writer "again"" to re do the GOOGLE CERTIFICATE , and I get "PASS" ,,,but...

I sitll can not access google account with same error msg.

any suggestion? Thank you in advance.

Hi, Your screenshot has a very low resolution, it's just partially readable but it must be a connection or driver issue. You need to work on a Windows 10 computer with administrator rights and connected to the internet. Also try to use another USB cable and USB port on your computer.

For those having trouble with this:

I too had nonstop problems. I was able to write IMEI's, BT, etc., but only when I checked off the Tee Support. But the red text in the top right remained.

I then decided the hosts file was the problem. It saves it as a txt document. I downloaded Hosts File Editor as I wanted to save it like it originally was (as "file" but with the plkernel info found in the OP's post). When I saved it to desktop, then pasted it to the etc folder file, and then tried the SN Writer tool, IT FINALLY WORKED.

I even formatted the phone again (not recommended of course) with the SP Flash Tool, then tried the SN Writer to write the IMEI, BT, Wi-Fi back again. It worked on the first try, and no red text! Hope this helps.

Hi Ben,
I have an Umidigi S3 pro.
The previous owner formated it.
He lost the original box.

Now I don´t have the Imei 1 the Imei 2 and the Meid.

Is there a way to get the original values?

Hi,
I'm sorry but no, there's no way to recover your original IMEI and MEID without knowing them. The only copy was on the factory box.

I am having same problem here, i want to ask few questions to solve it,

Must my pc be windows 10

Do i need an internet connection to do it

and what is the easiest way to solve it battling it since 5 days now
